We are offering Rubber Calendar Line to our patrons. Calender is mainly used in producing of field belting, rubber sheet and mat, rubberizing of canvas, cord fabric and bead ring for tire manufacturing. The rubber calender machine is with a hollow-structure roll, which is made of alloy chilled cast iron, whose working surface is finely grinding of high hardness and high wear-resistance. Through the steam heating and water cooling passage pre-made, it could be heated or cooled so as to satisfy the specific calendering technique. The equipment is also equipped with brake device, adopted with hydraulic block type actuator, which is featured that as soon as corresponding power is on, the brake shoe will hold tightly with a rapid braking performance, very safe and reliable. Roller bearing is lubricated through forced thin oil circulation. The rolling friction instead of sliding friction, which could save power consumption, reduce roller rotation eccentricity and floating, as well as carry a heavy-load capacity while working, its service-life would be therefore much longer and the maintenance cost will be lowered significantly.
