We are engaged in exporting excellent quality Cold feed Rubber Extrusion Line to our valuable clients. 1)90 mm /3.5a /Cold-feed Single Screw Quick Clamp Extruder/Czech Republic/ a reconditioned and equipped with 3-Phase 55 kW electric motor operated by LS Invertor, 4 pcs. coil heaters, cooling system, vacuum pump. 2) 3 pcs. Hot Air Curing Tunnels a including two heat distributing ways by radiation and convection in each section, fully reconditioned / rewired, new ventilator shafts and bearings, shaft seals, New Yaskawa Invertors, new temperature controllers/. All heaters in good working order .Insulation recondtitioned. 3)Cooling bath. 4)Caterpillar a reconditioned, equipped with new Yaskawa invertor. 5)Winding machine - equipped with new PLC , incremental encoders. 6)Ventilation - Ventilation Fan -3.8 kW 3-phase electric motor/ 15 ,000 m3/h/.
