Oven coat called as Tacky Coat is water based polymeric emulsion for application in paint-shop flash off zones& Oven. A tacky high temperature resistant film is formed upon drying. This film is capable of arresting dust or dirt in the application area and withstands high temperatures for asubstantial length of time. On treatment of all internal surfaces of flash off areas an excellent dust collecting surface is obtained. Additionally this coat minimizes solvent attack on the sheet metal controlling the potential damage due to corrosion. This method will lead to a much improved paint finish and cut down of rejection and the repaint jobs.
