1) Remove the back paper 2) Place the iron-on onto the garment, press with an iron or heat presser at a temperature of 120 - 180 degrees for 10 - 15 seconds. For best results, press the reverse side of the garment. Do not use steam or steam hole 3) We recommend that you place a piece of white paper between front and back of the garment to prevent it from sticking together 4) Allow the garment to cool for 2 - 3 minutes, then slowly remove the plastic film from the garment.
