Atta, or wheat flour is an essential, processed flour produced using entire wheat grains. It's a blend of the microorganism, endosperm, and wheat of wheat grains. Maida or refined flour is produced using simply the endosperm of entire wheat grains. Chakki Atta is a wholemeal wheat flour, beginning from the Indian subcontinent, used to make flatbreads like chapati, roti, naan, paratha and puri. It is the most inescapable flour in the Indian subcontinent. Flour gives the design to prepared merchandise. Wheat flour contains proteins that communicate with one another when blended in with water, framing gluten. It is this versatile gluten structure which stretches to contain the expanding raising gases during rising.
