Normally the measurement of these parameters by chemical methods is highly time-consuming and cumbersome. The Digital Cereal/Grain Analyser is a simple-to-use and user-friendly instrument. This instrument gives direct read-out of the values of protein, oil/fat and moisture in computer display. Digital Cereal/Grain Analyser has been developed in technical collaboration with the Central Scientific Instruments Organisation, Chandigarh under the Technology Modernisation for Oil and Pulses Industry Mission of the Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India, New Delhi. This Instrument has been designed to provide higher productivity, efficiency and cost-benefit to Oil and Pulses producing farmers and corresponding industries.
