This rice is made entirely from pure medium-grain dried samba rice. It complements any meal and is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. It can be obtained after 6 years of crop production and has a one-year shelf life. This product contains 1% broken and 1% damaged components and 11% moisture. These come in dried solid form and are organically grown with a typical cultivation style. These are machine dried, of Indian origin, almost entirely free of fat and cholesterol, and rich in iron and fiber. It tastes good when used as the base for your favorite stir-fry or rice.
