These broken rice are cultivated commonly from A-grade rice crops. This is available in dried solid form which is dried by several drying methods like sun drying etc. It originated in West Africa after 1 year of crop and comes with 2 years of shelf life. This product is available in white color and has short grains which contain 12% of moisture content and are 90% pure. This is used in drawing, distilling, and in manufacture starch and rice flour. It is also used for cooking and has a soft and sticky texture.
