Features of our Salt/Sugar Sprinkler :- Size: Suitable for 33 / 40 / 48 Band width plant. Body: SS fabrication inclusive of SS groved roller. Main Parts: (a) SS Hopper (b) SS grooved roller (c) Nylon Brush for cleaning (d) Hylam knife adjusting arrangement (e) Driving gears (f ) Chain and sprockets. Drive: 0.5 HP Geared Motor Control Panel: Fitted with AC frequency controller, Potentiometer off-on switch etc. for flow controlling. Salt / Sugar sprinkler unit sprinkles salt or sugar uniformly throughout on the pre-baked biscuits. The quantity and thickness of salt or sugar is controlled mechanically by hylam knife adjusting mechanism and electronically by varying the motor speed using the AC frequency controller.
