Kevipol NSG-45 is carboxymethyl guar gum developed for printing of cotton, rayon, acrylic and polyester fabric. Printing paste of rapid dyes, acid dyes and reactive dyes can also be prepared from this carboxy methyl galactomann. Physical Chemical Properties KEVIPOLNSG-45 : 1. Appearance: Yellowish 2. Nature: An-ionic 3. Solubility: Cold water Soluble 4 PH: 9.0 to 10.5 5. Moisture: 10% ( Maximum ) 6. Viscosity of 4% Paste: 12000 to 15000 cps (spindle no 6 ,20 rpm at 25C) 7 Ash Content: 25% Max 8. Hydration Time: 3 to 4 hrs. of high speed stirring of hours. 9. Preservative: Preservative added to increase storage stability of powder and paste. The product is PCP free. 10. Packing: 25 kgs HDPE Laminated Paper bags with PE lining. 11. Storage: Sealed bags under normal condition for 6 month.
