We are making and supplying of Plant Propagation Nursery in Koraput, Odisha, India. BTTL has three environmentally controlled, high technology plant propagation nurseries to produce 20 million clones per annum. These nurseries - two in Maharashtra and one in Odisha - produces genetically superior planting stock; clones and seedlings using global standard production processes. The establishment of gene banks of desired planting stock is necessary for multiplication of Eucalyptus clones. BTTL has established latest infrastructure for gene banks using sand in Mapal beds. Each clone is sown in separate bed to maintain the genetic purity and to avoid any mixing of clones during multiplication. Seed orchards are being set up for Subabul and Casuarina in Maharashtra to distribute good quality seed or seedlings to the farmers.
