White Minced Onions and Red Minced are obtained from varieties of specially selected White/Red onions grown for dehydration purpose. Particle size : 1 - 3 mm. Application : Soups, sauces, canned / dry / frozen food, salad dressings and in all preparations requiring the presences of pieces of onions, like pre - cooked dishes, stewed and braised meat, fish, stocks, marinades and onion pies.
