Beetroot Red

Product Overview

Beetroot Red is obtained by extracting the juice of Beetroot Beta Vulgaris, and then concentrating and pasteurizing the liquid. It gives a bright red to bluish red color depending upon on application and PH. It is most stable between pH 3.5 to 5.0. It has good stabitly, but should not be exposed to prolonged heating above 90 degree Celcius.
