This semi-husked coconut is a pretty white colour with a slight golden tinge. The liquid of these round-shaped fresh coconuts has more magnesium and calcium and has a more delicate flavour. It is fairly easy to grow and produces medium-sized coconuts after just a few years of age. This whole form is commonly cultivated and is defined as young coconut, which is a rich source of B-complex vitamins, amino acids, and electrolytes. These coconuts, also known as mature or dry coconuts, are grown for their coconut flesh, which is called copra.
