We grade Natural cashews into three based on their color. Whole cashews are mostly used in snacks. Our customers oil-roast,dry-roast, honey-coat or just re-pack them "natural". White Wholes ( W ) - Color : White / pale ivory / light ash Scorched Wholes ( SW ) - Color : Scorched / Slightly reddened. Scorched Whole Seconds ( SSW ) - Color : Discolored / Shriveled
