Feed supplements are phosphate, calcium, and trace mineral combinations given to grazing animals throughout the dry or wet seasons. When grazing is deficient in nutrients and trace minerals, they are used to supplement it. Ground limestone, magnesium oxide, trace minerals, salts, and fat-soluble vitamins are examples of components that tend to stratify, settle out, or vary in physical stability over time. Feed supplements are extra nutritional components delivered outside of the diet, primarily by water or other means. Nutritional, physiological, managerial, or health and profitability difficulties could all be reasons for including these into the diet. Corn, soybeans, sorghum, oats, and barley are among the most common feed grains used in commercially prepared feed.
