Non-metallic fire retardant wooden flush door, 45mm thick, FULLY INSULATED composite Fire Retardant shutters The door leaf comprises of adequate thickness of resin impregnated Ceramic fiber insulator layered on both side sandwiching Fire Resistant Core, faced with 2.5mm cross band veneer & 0.5mm face veneer facing on both faces enclosed in stile and rail; hot pressed under temperature of 140/150oC (Degree Celsius) with the pressure of 14-16 kg/cm2 done with hard wood lipping 18mm thick on all sides and fire and heat activated intumescent seal of size 20mm x 4mm mounted in the grooves in the shutter on all sides except bottom or in the door frame or in both, with one coat of fire retardant surface sealant coat.
