DESCRIPTION: GEE FIX IR 4010 is a specially formulated single pack high quality , water proof coatings made from selected resin, special takifaire agent and additive . it has outstanding durability and resistance to weathering. USES: GEE FIX IR 4010 is a high quality water proofer to most type of roof Eg. Concrete, metal, asbestos etc. Also recommended for water proofing of plaza and car park decks and other vulnerable exposed surface water system. GEE FIX IR 4010 also provides protective membrane for PU installation. APPLICATION: Surface should be free of Oil, Grease and loose particles. Crak should be repair with G SEAL. Apply primer coat of diluted GEE FIX IR 4010 (i.e. 75 part by weight of GEE FIX IR 4010 25 part by weight of water) by brush , spray or roller. After the primer coat is completely dried , apply minimum two coat of undiluted GEE FIX IR 4010 . It is very important to ensure each coat is totally cured (i.e. 8 hrs at 30 degree centigrade) before the next coat is applied. For better result use glass fibre reinforcing mat embedded into first coat of GEE FIX IR 4010 while still wet mainly at expansion areas and joint with parapet. All brushes and tools should be cleaned by water immediately after use. PACKING: GEE FIXIR 4010 available in 20 Itr in plastic bucket and 200 Itr in metal drums.
