The VJ Super K Incubation System with microprocessor based controls consists of a setting capacity of 60,480 eggs and hatching capacity of 10,080 eggs. The machine's cabinet is made from panels of FRP sheets that are strongly bonded to EPS slabs for effective insulation. These panels are joined together by high quality aluminum extruded sections and are sealed by silicon based high performance glue. The cabins can withstand harsh detergents and sanitizers, therefore rusting is totally eliminated.
