NanoComposites manufactures superior film faced densified Bamboo - Jute Shuttering Ply made from woven bamboo mats of selected bamboo species, impregnated layers of Jute Hessian cloth and treated with specially manufactured phenolic resin for longer durability and better performance. The sides are resealed to preserve moisture absorption and swelling. Applications: Construction industry as concrete formwork for building bridges, tunnels, heavy industries power plant, defense structures and other concrete structures etc. Sizes: 2440 x 1220 mm, 2745 x 1220 mm. 3050 x 1450 mm, 3353 x 1675mm Thicknesses: 12,16,19,25mm Weights: 30, 34, 36, 38 & 42 Kg in 12 mm, 38 & 45 Kg in 16mm, 52 & 60 Kg in 19 mm,72 & 80 Kg in 25mm Density: 0.75 to 1.20 gm / cm3 NOUF Bamboo - Jute Shuttering Ply has all glue layers of Bamboo Mats and impregnated Jute Hessian Cloth, resulting in superior nailing, screw holding properties and load bearing capacity. The product has 30% higher comparative and tensile strength than ISI grade shuttering which can be used up to 20-30 times for shuttering applications resulting in substantial cost saving.
